I fully understand why most of them prefer Diana and Eoghan… C’mon X-FACTOR is a British show and they wont let anyone from a different nation EVEN WITH GREAT TALENT (like Ruth for example) WIN THIS CONTEST!!! Love them all but have to say Diana to win. She has not been back to her best since she got laryngitis and I can just pray that this week she needs to be back at her best but as she is choosing one of her own songs I hope she will be fab. Love Alex, JLS and Eoghan too but Diana to win!
I just watched Britney on the X-Factor again and am even more disappointed than when I watched it live.
Her voice is synthesized on the track, she mimed badly to it, how false can you go…
For those saying it’s all about the dance moves, it’s not dance moves that sold 5 million + singles, it was a talent which she has sadly lost or never had in the first place.
Another manufactured artist to line the pockets of people like Simon Cowell I guess.

my head is fried listening to diana murder my favourite songs and eoghans whispering…. i can barely hear him in some of his performances.
Different is not always better, if squeaking or whispering in songs was ever going to work it would have worked by now.

At last the bookies have got it right lets hope the British public can get it right this time (last year…Leon…pleeeease!! what a let down) Diana and Eoghan are cute but weak singers and Diana sings like Pee Wee Hermen. Although I’m not massively impressed with JCB, Diana and the claw or Leona Light – they have some redeeming features.
Egbert’s only chance lies with Simon and his ability to stage things – loud backing track/singers, positive comments after another poor performance.
Diana is amazing and deserves to win!

JLS are good but not the best, and Euoghan has only really got my attention with his take that week performance!

Diana – I think is the secret lovechild of Delores Cranberry and The Hooded Claw … I can’t wait for her version of Zombies (sorry kids I know the Cranberries are before your time but You Tube will help)
Eggnog – a whispering Mr Potato Head with a stylist, I’ve tried to come up with a song for him but keep coming back to painting him blue and covering the Smurfs
JCB – or the urban Boyzone, starring Aston as Steve Gately and the rest of them as Photo fillers – but where is their Ronan (Talent)
Alex – good voice but I don’t see the star quality, her USP seems to be having been turned down by Louis (surely not the only woman for that to happen to). She comes out and solidly delivers every week but what differentiates her from Leona, Aleisha etc – could it be her dullness !
So I’m torn for who to support:
It can’t be the Irish hobbit or JCB (unless they put an awesome performance involving someone other than Aston) so I’m left with Alex and Diana – I think I’ll let the songs on Saturday decide.

Missing Austin and Laura though – it was a travesty, so you sow Judges, ye shall reap – the weakest final four in my memory

the girl vickers – one trick pony, no versatility and although having a supposedly unique style is all well and good but not if it limits what you can sing. she’s not “relevant” as simon would have us believe and SO many people growing tired of her singing style is testament to her NOT being a valid recording artist.
the boy eoghanonogeogh – they either need to fix his mic or turn down the backing track cause he could simply NOT be heard singing his HSM number. he has dodgy pitch and a weak voice, unless they are planning on having a 12 track album with 12 different versions of ‘ben’ then it would be a shocker. quigg still in….drage out??? does someone want to try and justify that to me?
jls (j-ust l-ittle s-inger) – they might well be the best band ever on xfactor but thats relative to who they have as comparison, no-one!! i’m the best footballer in my house but that doesnt necessarily mean i’m any good. hats off for them realising aston is the only one who can sing but teenage girls are very fickle and i dont believe they have stickability.
alex – should win if there’s any justice. she’s no leona but she is versatile and has the best voice left and the best chance of genuine chart success.
at this stage we SHOULD be discussing which one of Laura, Austin, Alex or Ruth should win. take away the judges bickering and there’s your final 4.
o.k here’s my verdict:
Diana: god she’s annoying!!!at first i loved her but she hasn’t improved at all in fact she gets worse and worse!! plus i like her voice but i can’t make out what she’s saying. PUT THE CLAW AWAY!!!!!!! however i think she’s unique in a way and she’ll get a contract anywayz. But she doesn’t deserve 2 win.
Eoghan: awk he’s not even that hot!! he’s cute but still he’s not really got that good a voice but he’s nice to watch i think he should wait for a couple more years before trying to enter the music career.
JLS: :heart: them especially ASTON! we need a boy band in the market now . I mean yea ther’s take that and the supposed comeback of boyzone (but they’re as old as our dad’s!!) and there’s the Jonas Brothers of course but with they strictly Disney approved material there’s not much you can do( :heart: them anyway!! but i don’t think they have the strongest vocals in competiton

Alex: now this is why we have shows like X FACTOR to discover people with real talent!!!! I can’t believe how amazing she is. And for those who think she’s another leona/maraih/alicia think again!! All they sing our slower ballads(though they are nice) Alexandra is versitile!! Toxic and listen last week was brill!!!!I don’t think she’d be boring at all!!!! And for those who think she’s gonna come out with boring material think twice. ALEX TO WIN!!

If Diana wins, my husband and i have made a pact never to watch the xfactor again. OMG, her voice is just awful. Wot r the public thinkin!!!! I think people feel sorry for her or sommit. It’s crazy. She sounds like she sings through her nose and I couldn’t imagine myself singing along to any of her tracks. I think she’s cute and all but as for her vocal talent, its non existant!

Diana is an amazing singer, i’ll grant you she has not been up to par recently but in previous weeks( 1 – 4) she’s been given good comments on her performances. She is a very talented girl and i think she will go far in a singing career. If she doesn’t win she will be runner up, no doubt about that! Her voice is fantastic. Hopefully this week Cheryl has given her a good song, plus, Diana gets to pick one herself! She has excellent taste in music so i think this week the old Diana will be back!:w00t:
