   I base my decisions on the quality of the vocals first, and then how likeable the contestant is. I don't give much weight to dancing ablilty, because I feel that can be a talent mastered with a good teacher and practice. But a good strong vocal that is always note perfect, I guess you could call that a true blessing.

   I'm from the USA, so I can't vote. All of us who can't vote for Joe are certainly appreciative of all of you who do. I'll be watching on YouTube! Please VOTE for JOE !!!
