Ruth has been living in the UK for the last year and works for a holiday company as a PR executive as well as singing at some of their resorts.

Knocking on heaven’s Door by Ruth Lorenzo should be released as a single. What a voice. Ruth to win the X Factor. She IS the best singer.
This lady knocks me out. Everytime she sings she gives me goosebumps. She is a fantastic rock queen and just HAS to win! I would definately buy her records and albums without a doubt.

Ruth clearly loves her rock…..it’s no suprise that the two songs she’s picked herself have been the two best performances on the show from ALL contestants.
The problem with the show is “theme weeks”. They force people to sing songs that don’t suit them so ruins the entire show. They’ve had “big band”, “Disco”, “Jacko” and now “Carey” nights which may suit others but not Ruth.
I bet they don’t have a “Rock Power Ballads” night which would suit her to the ground…
Ditch the theme nights so early in competition and give people a chance to sing songs they’re good at. Yes i’m all for variation but that should come later.

after this weeks performances Diana should most definitely have went home instead of Ruth. I had hoped Ruth would make it to the final because in my opinion her vocals were as strong as Alex but she also had the edge because she was rocky and different.Theres no doubt about it, if Ruth was English she would still be in the competition.
