After singing I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday, You’ll be there with Boyzone and We’re All In This Together on the first live show Eoghan Quigg is first to be eliminated leaving JLS and Alexandra Burke to battle it out in a sing out on the results show.
Eoghan has come in the same place as previous X-Factor 3rd place contestants: Same Difference, Ben Mills, Journey South and Tabby Callaghan.

Nope he should have won, but with the way the judges were worshipping Alex I have known for some time now that she would win no matter what. Very lame. I would have rather seen JLS win over Alex.

i voted for you 40 times. was sad to see you not win. but 2bh. it was so good for you to be in a final. ou was the best.. you didnt have the best voice. il admit. but popiss all about fun. and tbh. you had most fun and your oice was sil amazin. andplus you can dance.. anoter thing. you sang different types of genre of songs. like high school musical. rock (busted ) lol. pop. and sang girl songs. and still pulled them off..
