With the debate over Laura Whites shock evection from the X-Factor last Saturday night still raging all over the Internet (Over 31,000 signatures on this petition at the time of this post) new photos are popping up of Diana Vickers taken on a cold bon fire night last Wednesday.
The clips shown of Diana Vickers on last Saturday nights show made it look like she had been in bed most of the week suffering from laryngitis, however the picture above seems to tell a different story.
What do you think, Should Diana have been given a pass through to this weeks show without performing on the Mariah Carey themed show?

Diana has now released a statement saying:
I felt under the weather all last week but didn’t want to miss out on the fireworks display. On Thursday I saw the doctor and was given antibiotics and the following day was diagnosed with Laryngitis by a Harley Street specialist. Up until Saturday afternoon, I was still hoping and praying that I would be well enough to perform but the producers spoke to the doctor who made it clear that I could risk long-term damage to my voice. I was absolutely devastated to be told I couldn’t perform on Saturday night and disappointed not to be able to meet Mariah Carey. I am due to see the doctor again on Friday so fingers crossed I will be able to take part in this Saturday’s show.

I agree if she cant sing this week they should reinstate laura :biggrin: :tongue: I love Diana but for me last week Alex shone through and proved that she should win!! Diana has alot of catching up to do even if she just missed a wk! Also this could go against her for public votes!!! :unsure:
Just seems convenient to me that she missed out on Mariah night!! perhaps she knew she wouldn’t be able to pull it off?
I think this whole bonfire night will lose her a lot of votes on Saturday and rightly so in my opinion. Laura should never have gone last Saturday it wasn’t her time to go although she would never have won the show anyway. If Diana doesn’t show on Saturday again I think they should get rid of her, its not fair on the other contestants. Also not fair leaving Daniel in when he is clearly only staying in the show by sympathy votes!! I thought this show was about talent not who has the biggest sad story! its ridiculous and turning into a shambles!!

Diana deserved it. She wowed everyone every other show; she was ill, and probably wanted to do something to cheer herself up. It was not Diana’s fault that Laura was out – there are particularly two people I think should be gone (one from dannii’s category, the other one you can probably figure out.) she was ill. give her a break already.
Diana is amazing, she is a winner in my eyes! Those pictures were not taken last week it was on Halloween! I remember they showed a video in the Xtra Factor of them all going out, and this was before she started having problems with her throat. All this stuff doesn’t change how I think of her, she should definately win, she is amazing!!! :happy:

diana should have gone ages and ages ago, she cant sing, she sounds like shes got a cold everytime she opens her gob, she isnt well enough to sing on mariah night but well enough to go to a bonfire night full of smoke? she wasnt ill, diana is just attention seeking cow, ruth should have stayed saturday just gone, diana should have gone, ruth gave her best and the best woman got voted off which was a fix

Diana CAN NOT sing
I have been learning to sing since i was 12 and recently passed my grade 8 with distinction, but i was too scared to try for x-factor :whistle:
Diana fluffs around with her weird hair trying to be ‘intersesting’and ‘Unique’ yet she cant even sing a classic song. Seh shold never have got past the auditions.
Also its been revealed that she cheats on her boy friend with Eoghen and goes to clubs and gets drunk till 2am.
Its GREAT she got kicked off and she should go and get some singing lessons -And some life lessons too!!! :angry:
