The girls all met at a girl group audition 12 months ago when they were chosen to be in a 7 piece band – nothing ever came of this but the four of them remained friends and decided to form their own girl group.
They called themselves Kandy Rain as ‘with candy as much as you love it, you know it’s not good for you and we’re going to rain on everyone’s parade’
They saw JLS last year and thought ‘let’s do it for the girls’

Khatereh also lives in central London and works in a beauty salon that is owned by her mum

Chemmane lives with her family in Basingstoke. She teaches kids to dance (age 7-18 yrs old).

I just gotta say what kinda role models would these lot make if they win?,
even if they had the best voices anyone had ever heard i still wouldnt buy their stuff for my daughters becuse i dont a daughter of mine having them as a role model they are just too trashy.

i think u r all wrong. they are good singers and are all stunning young women. i think u should all get a grip, because u all have probably done somthing stupid in life, they were making money to survive.
Gordon .. i agree with you but .. in their defence .. they didn’t have to come out dressed the way they did on the show. i completely agree with cheryl .. they were sayin that they didn’t want to be judged like that and then they came out dressed inapropriately.
